You will find us on the Calne Road , A3102, out of Melksham, Wiltshire.

We are at the end of Lowbourne heading out of the town centre, just off the double mini roundabouts next to Forest Road and Sandridge Road.

Turn into the car park for King George 5th Playing Fields and Kings Park Primary School. Parking is limited especially at school times.

Once you are in the car park we are the house on the left, looking back towards the road. We have a wheelchair lift at the back for the more wobbly patients who cannot do steps. Round the front  we have one step up to the front door.

If you use any down-loaded google maps/AA/OS, the road out the front of us has been marked as Bath Road by mistake [past Ruskin Avenue to Sandridge] ignore them, use ours for the last bit.
